It’s lonely at the top!

That is true whether you are a CEO, owner, director, vice president, or president. Richard Reid provides a safe haven to explore whatever is on your mind. Take a 30,000 foot view. Take action. Feel better.

Richard helps executives become better at what they do. Richard helps them define, refine, and implement their leadership plan. Executives learn how to overcome unresourceful beliefs and behavior.

If you have
1.Recently changed companies, positions or added responsibilities
2.Been promoted
3.Decided it was time to get serious about taking control of your career
4.Decided it was time to spend more time working on your business and not in it
5.Realized that you are not getting as much out of your employees as you should
6.Discovered that business planning has too much complexity and bureaucracy versus simplicity and execution

Then call Richard for an open discussion to clarify whether executive coaching is for you.

Richard retired after a successful career as a senior executive in the highly competitive network communications industry. He has experienced the highs and lows of executive leadership. He has lived and worked in the United States, Europe and Canada and has created and led high performance teams around the globe in businesses as large as $1B.

Richard has a BSc; Bcomm; is Certified in Business Coaching (UNC); Certified Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP); Certified in NLP Coaching; Certified in behavioral assessments; is a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF); and is on the board of the NCAPBC.

Richard lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife. He has three children, plays golf, skis and loves to travel.
