360 Management and Leadership

I coach Mid and Senior Level Managers to work smart, get the right things done, create a balanced life, and advance their careers.

I help you to develop strategies and skills to:

  • Communicate with and influence your boss.
  • Develop your ability to lead and get things done through your subordinates.
  • Navigate that most difficult of work relationships – your peers.

I support you as you do what needs to be done.

I have been a successful manager and senior manager in two organizations. I led a team of 5 managing a department for an international non-profit and later was a regional training director for the same organization. I was the Executive Director of Leadership Triangle with leadership responsibilities for its board.

Big Picture for Small Business Owners

I coach small business owners to work on their business. I help them step back, figure out where they want to go with their business, develop strategies to get there, and support them as they implement.

I help you with:

  • Strategic planning and ensuring your business is aligned with your vision.
  • Managing, training, and supporting staff
  • Dealing with conflict
  • Communicating effectively

I have owned my own business since 1999. I ran a regional training office as a profit center for 7 years. I successfully developed the capacity of Leadership Triangle to move from a part time ED to a full time.

Success for Coaches

I mentor coaches to help them gain the skills they need to be successful as a coach and to achieve certification at the ACC or PCC level through the International Coach Federation.

As the regional training director, I taught coaching skills training programs for 5 years. As a project manager I coached 2 team members for 5 years. I have been a full-time coach since 2002 and since its 2002 launch I have co-directed the Business Coaching Certificate Program now offered by NC State University, a ten month course which trains managers and other professionals to become internal or external business coaches. I am certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation.
