A Master Certified Coach with the ICF, an educational background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, training, leadership development, personality assessment, consulting and coaching, I am adept at helping individuals and organizations in identifying needs and developing action plans to move forward. In addition to serving as President of the board of the NCAPBC, I am a member of the International Coach Federation and have served on numerous regional and national boards including The American Society of Performance Improvement, The NC and The US Business Leadership Network, American Society of Training and Development, and others. I enjoy speaking to groups and have developed and presented programs including topics such as team building, communications, conflict resolution, and more.
