My name is Florence "Flo" Gans. If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, I can help you. I provide a unified approach to optimize physical and mental health by blending the disciplines of Healing Touch (HT), Life Coaching, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). As your Coach and Healing Touch Provider, I work with you on what is happening in your life and what support you need to help you move forward toward more joyful living. We will select a combination of techniques and design a program to map your path to a better future. Along with support, my goal is to teach tools and techniques that you can use to enjoy the benefits of life balance and health.
