A high performance business and executive coach since 1992, Christine Martin is the founder of Innovation Coaching. With over 6,000 hours of professional coaching as her background, she works with high performance executives, outcome driven project managers, forward-looking professionals, media professionals, and professional coaches.

A member of the 4-D Systems Leadership Coaching Team since 2003, her client base includes over 60 leaders at NASA. Her NASA focus is the development of leaders for the future. Christine has been coaching senior managers at Informatica Corporation since mid-2005. In her private practice as a mentor coach, she works with groups and individuals on their coaching skills development.
Christine's contributions to the coaching profession include chairing key aspects of the ICF global credentialing initiative in 2005 and 2006. She served as an ICF Vice President in 2004 and 2005 and has been a member of the ICF credentialing assessor team since 2002. Christine is a graduate of the University of Southern California and Pepperdine University. She was a graduate school professor (MBA) from 1994 to 2005 when she moved from California to North Carolina. She is currently teaches for the virtually taught Executive and Professional Coaching Program of the University of Texas at Dallas.
